I have been seeing Johnathan (and Michael a couple times too) for the last three years and my hair has never looked better. The new salon and spa is beautiful and I look forward to having my spa services there too. If you want an excellent hairstylist try Johnathan or Michael! Also I wanted to comment on the previous posting - yes you must must must book early! Johnathan books up early (even thought I know he works many hours a week) because he is so fabulous and popular! Also, the girls at the reception desk have always been very polite and friendly to me! Try this salon and spa! There is a parking lot right behind the salon and babysitting in the spa!
Pros: Beautiful Salon, Great Service, PARKING LOT and babysitting

After reading all these wonderful reviews about Johnathon I tried to book an appointment with him and he was booked solid for the next month!! I could not believe it. I asked for another person who was like him the response given was " nobody is like Jonathon" in a snoody attitude. The girl on the phone was not the most pleasant. I asked to speak to another person and that only made my situation worst. She was of no help. Alas I never was unable to make an appointment.
Pros: can not say, could never make an appointment
Cons: customer service is horrible; parking in that area is a nightmare in general.
